Orders
I just placed an order and would like to add to it. Is this possible?
If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, please contact hello@bubsandbees.com and our team will help you add items to your order. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order once it has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can’t be cancelled after they have been dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being confirmed so if you need to place a cancellation request, please contact hello@bubsandbees.com as soon as possible.
The contact details on my order are incorrect. How can I update this?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at hello@bubsandbees.com and they’ll be able to help.
I’ve not received an order confirmation or dispatch email. What should I do?
Please contact our customer care team at hello@bubsandbees.com with your order number if you have it, or information about your order and they will get back to you within 12 hours.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a live tracking link which will be sent to your registered email address so you can see the status of your order every step of the way.
I received an incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact our team at hello@bubsandbees.com with an image of the incorrect item you’ve received and information about the product you ordered. They will make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
Please contact hello@bubsandbees.com and we’ll reach out to the carrier.
Subscribe & Save
What is the Bubs & Bees subscription service?
Our subscription service means you never have to worry about reordering or running out of your favourite products. Once you choose to set up this service, we will deliver your order to you automatically. You will also save 10% on all subscription orders.
What subscription frequencies do you offer?
We currently offer monthly subscriptions.
How do I set up a subscription for a product?
Simply visit the product page, select subscribe, choose your delivery frequency and then add to cart and complete your order.
Will I be charged for delivery on my subscription order?
We offer free shipping on subscription orders over $100.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
When you sign up for our subscription service you will be sent a subscription account link. From this link, you will be able to manage your subscriptions and account details.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, that’s possible. Just head to your subscription account and choose the pause option.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally to 45 countries in Europe, 11 countries in East Asia, as well as Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Where is my order dispatched from?
Our warehouse is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
How long does shipping take?
Once you’ve received an order confirmation your order will be shipped and delivered to you in 2-4 business days.
What courier service do you use?
We’ve partnered with a leading global express courier service.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. For orders less than $100, the shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking link to your registered email address when your order has been dispatched.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all unopened and unused items which is calculated from the day your order is delivered to you.
How do I return an item?
Please log a return request on your account page on our website. Once your return is confirmed, it will be collected from your preferred location by our delivery partner.
What happens if I do not accept my order on delivery?
We’ll try to deliver your order to you three times. If you’re not able to accept it, the shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
I received a damaged / faulty item. What should I do?
Please contact our customer care team at hello@bubsandbees.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item and a summary of the issue. Once our team has reviewed the information, they will contact you with a resolution.
Can I return a sale item?
We accept returns on full-price and sale items within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Do I have to pay for a return?
If the product hasn’t been opened or used, we will cover the shipping cost of the return.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received your return, refunds will be completed within 7-10 working days.

We source the world’s cleanest and most eco-friendly products from brands around the world that are leading the way in safe and sustainable baby products.
How do you decide which brands to work with?
Our expert team research, trial and review every product we onboard for Bubs & Bees to ensure they are clean, safe and effective for your baby.

Payment, Duties and Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept card payments only.
Why has my payment been declined?
This could be because you have entered the wrong information (card number, CVV, expiry date) or that your bank restricts international purchases. If the error persists, please contact your bank directly.
Can I select a payment currency?
This will be automatically applied at checkout.
Why am I paying duties and taxes at the checkout?
We calculate all duties and taxes associated with your order and shipping country at the checkout so you’re not surprised with added costs on delivery.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
We recommend creating an account to place an order so you can track your current and previous purchases with us.
I’ve forgotten my account password. What should I do?
You can simply go to the reset option on your account and follow the steps.
How do I subscribe to the Bubs & Bees newsletter?
Enter your email address into the subscription bar on the Bubs & Bees website which can be found in the footer of each page.
How do I unsubscribe from the Bubs & Bees newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive offers, news and updates from us please unsubscribe on the email.
